A comprehensive damage inspection is conducted by a trained & certified field representative. A detailed description of all damage is recorded on a damage report & supported with photo documentation.
File a Claim
If enough damage has been found to warranty a claim, we will have you sign an Insurance Authorization form. This form allows us to represent you during the inspection conducted by your insurance company. This is not a binding agreement to work with us unless the claim is approved by your insurance company. Once you have agreed to have us represent you, we will file the claim and begin to expedite the process for you.
Insurance Adjustor Inspection
Once we have filed the claim, your insurance company will schedule an inspection to ensure that your damage claim is warranted and accurate. Your Final Touch project manager will be there to represent you during this inspection with the detailed damage report, photos and restoration plan from our Pre-Inspection visit. This will ensure that all damaged items are adequately noted and properly budgeted to be restored.
A project timeline will then be set up to meet your needs, and we will begin selecting materials to be used in the restoration process. The first installment check from your insurance company is also collected at this time so selected materials can be purchased.
According to the agreed upon project timeline, materials will be delivered and the restoration process begins. Throughout the process, we work closely to ensure that every item is restored properly and that you are fully satisfied with our work.
Once all work has been completed to your satisfaction, we will ask you to sign a Certificate of Completion. This signed form will then be sent to the insurance company and the final insurance payment will be released to you to cover the remaining project costs.
After you receive the insurance installation check, we will come to your home to deliver all warranty information and pick up the final payment for your completed project.
